All shipment are at customer's risk.  Any damage goods are not the responsibility of the seller.  However, we will try our best to pack the honey in a safe seal to avoid any breakage.  It is good to understand that honey arrived should not be opened immediately.  Please keep in the fridge for overnight in order to stabilize the enzyme which might go through heat in shipment that might caused bubbling.
